Our base fee is $485.00 (inclusive of G.S.T. and minor disbursements) for a BASIC HOME OF VALUE TO $350,000, situated in the western suburbs of Auckland.
We acknowledge the debt collection charges are additional to the above charge.
Valuations with other requirements will be as quoted upon receipt of your instructions.
Unless otherwise arranged, the valuation fee is to be paid prior to release of our report by way of cheque, cash to our office, or by deposit at your bank into the following account:
